How to book an appointment
Submit an electronic request via e-consult
e-consult is open 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM Monday to Friday. However, if demand is high, the service may close earlier.
Please ensure that when submitting your GP request, you can attend a face-to-face appointment on the same day (if required).
Telephoning the practice: Call 01792 895681. Telephone lines open at 8:30 AM.
- Provide the receptionist with as much information as possible to be allocated an appointment with the most appropriate clinician.
- Our receptionists are trained care navigators and may signpost you to a pharmacy to be seen under the Common Ailments Service

Urgent Appointments
If you feel you need to see a GP urgently, please discuss this with the receptionist. The Duty Doctor will call you back to assess if your problem requires an urgent appointment.
Home Visits
- If possible, request a home visit before 11:00 AM.
- Home visits are for patients who are housebound due to illness or disability.
- Transport difficulties are not acceptable reasons for requesting house visits.
Nurse/Healthcare Assistant & Clinical Pharmacist Appointments
- Appointments with our practice nurse, healthcare assistant and clinical pharmacist (medication reviews) can be booked in advance.
- The receptionist will discuss your requirements to ensure you are booked with the appropriate nurse and allocated sufficient time to address your issues.
Additional Notes
- All incoming calls are recorded for training and security purposes.
- The main surgery line is 01792 895681.
- All receptionists adhere to the same confidentiality rules as other members of the practice team.
To help keep waiting times to a minimum, doctors allocate up to 10 minutes per appointment. Please make every effort to adhere to this time slot. If you cannot attend your appointment, contact the surgery as soon as possible to allow the slot to be offered to another patient.
Clinician Availability

Our allied health professionals are here to support your care alongside our medical team.
Our Nurse Practitioner (NP) Jo is a senior registered nurse who has completed advanced training and education, allowing them to assess, diagnose, and treat patients autonomously. They provide care for both everyday health concerns and more complex, long-term conditions. NPs can carry out physical examinations, request and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and arrange referrals to specialists or hospital services when appropriate.
Our Clinical Pharmacist, Moe is a highly trained medication specialist who works directly with patients and the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective treatment. They review and optimise prescriptions, help manage complex medication plans, and provide clear guidance on how to take medicines correctly. Clinical Pharmacists also monitor for potential side effects or interactions, support the management of long-term conditions, and collaborate with doctors and nurses to achieve the best possible health outcomes for patients.
